Our Team

Master Trainer Hilton Ferguson is the blessed husband, father of five, and founder of Full Time Fitness. He is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition/Dietary Counselor. In addition to developing his personal craft, Hilton has mentored fitness professionals for 15+ years. Thus, sharing his extensive knowledge and experience to successfully transform lives. Hilton received his B.S. in Exercise Physiology from East Carolina University's College of Health and Human Performance. He has since trained and maintained an extensive number of clientele from all walks of life. Hilton will help you set goals, stay focused, and get results all while challenging you to reach your utmost potential. Hilton's philosophy on fitness is simply "nothing will work, unless you work."

Kit-Tena B. Ferguson (Coach Kit) is the wife of Hilton Ferguson and Co-founder of Full Time Fitness. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Family Community Services from East Carolina University and Her Master's Degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. Kit has practiced as a Clinical Addictions Specialist and has years of counseling experience across a variety of treatment settings. Kit offers services as a Wellness Coach at FTF and is finishing up her PhD. In naturopathic medicine. Kit is a loving mother of five children. She is an advocate for fighting childhood obesity and has held the title of "Mrs. Black North Carolina" with her platform "Generation Fit Kids". She is also the founder of the Fit Moms Rock Campaign, leading a revolution of moms taking control of their health and fitness.

Michael Broadway is a NASM, IFPA Certified Professorial Trainer with 32 years in the fitness industry. He started lifting weights to improve his upper body strength for collegiate pole vaulting. This introduction has led him to a long-term interest in bodybuilding. After a 30-year journey Mike received his IFBB Pro card in 2017. Personal Training is not just a job for Michael, it is a passion. Mike's desire is to truly touch those he comes in contact with and is currently on a mission to improve the lives of his neighbors using his knowledge of nutrition and fitness. After 30+ years his fire burns greater than your muscles ever will! Michael's philosophy is "Always Believe and Never Give up!"

Colby Maynor is a humble and self-driven man always looking for new ways to learn and excel in the health-fitness field. He received his bachelors in Sport Science and Fitness management with a concentration in business management from North Carolina A&T State University. He strives to connect with clients and help them reach their highest potential and personal goals. He enjoys the process of being a part of a client's life and seeing their progression from where they started to their current self. Colby's philosophy is "whenever you want to see accomplishments as bad as you want to breathe then, you will be successful".

Boston Frazier is a native of Winston-Salem North Carolina. He graduated with his bachelor's degree in kinesiology from the University of North Carolina Greensboro. Boston has a deep passion for the overall health, fitness, wellness of others and himself. In addition, Boston is devoted to sports performance training. He also is devoted to the overall development of athletes of all sports competition levels and ages. Boston played both soccer and basketball at the competitive level. He currently participates in a semi-professional basketball league.

Courtney McKinney is a student athlete. He was a Health and Human Exercise Science major at Wake Forest University while playing Running Back for the Demon Deacon Football Team. Courtney is currently enrolled at NC A&T State university where he studies Sports Science and Fitness Management. He is a great motivator and conqueror, who strives to be the best person everyday not only for himself, but also, for his friends and family. Courtney's goal is to make everyone around him the best versions of themselves. Courtney's motto is " if you set a goal and tell yourself you're going to accomplish it, it then comes down to the amount of respect you have for yourself to stick to that goal".

Kelly Thorton is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Greensboro. She graduated with her bachelor's in science at the age of 20 with a major concentration in kinesiology. She is currently the nutritional accountability specialist at Full Time Fitness where she prioritizes nutrition and lifestyle wellness. Kelly has a compassionate and energetic personality devoted to helping others reach their health goals. She has high drive, determination, and great leadership skills.
