I've been coming to Full Time Fitness for over 3 years now and training with Michael Broadway consistently for those 3 years. I'm in the BEST shape of my life and loved seeing the progress I've made! I am currently working towards competing in my first bodybuilding competition. All the trainers are GREAT and I enjoy working out at FT even when I'm training solo. Highly recommend joining! You won't be disappointed.
I've been a loyal member of Full Time Fitness for almost 10 years. FTF has been a lifesaver for me. Seeing the changes in my overall well-being has been unbelievable. Working out wirh Colby is intense but the results have been worth it. If you want results, Hilton and his team will help you achieve them. After being diagnosed with diabetes and watching my mother deal with health issues I decided at 52 years old that it was past time to make a change. I was tired of being winded after climbing one flight of stairs; tired of not wanting to go places if extensive walking was involved. After making this change in March I have lost nearly 12 pounds, reduced body fat and gained muscle. I have knee and lower back issues. My trainer Michael Broadway keeps this in mind with workouts that don't aggravate my condition. Mike has vast knowledge of the muscle groups and anatomy and constructs my workouts to where I get the maximum out of my movements.
I have been a part of the Full Time family for 5 years now. I love all the trainers. My trainer, Mike, and Hilton is so supportive. I had a setback in my fitness journey and they never gave up on me. They challenges me to work hard and push myself to reach my goals. The trainers at Full Time are the reason I have not quit yet. I love them so much I drive 40 minutes to go to the gym. There is no other gym for me. Day 1 Hilton said get comfortable with being uncomfortable. And I am stronger for it.
Iāve been training at Full Time for 3+ years and find the staff extremely professional, courteous, punctual, and all around great people. The gym is equipped with a wide range of equipment that fulfills my training needs. I train with Michael āMikeā Broadway. He puts me through my paces at every session! I recommend Full Time Fitness to anyone thatās looking for a great gym with a fantastic, first-rate staff!
This is not your typical gym experience. Full Time Fitness is a team of people who all go out of their way to encourage and assist. Abdel is a true professional, with years of experience. He set up a custom plan for me to meet my specific fitness goals. I have been in other gyms all over the country and Full Time Fitness is the best of the best.
Full time Fitness is serious about Getting bodies into shape!!! In just one month I can see remarkable results. What I really like is that I donāt have to spend all day in the gym. With my personal trainers itās 30 minutes. Like Hilton says: āDo it wrong itās long; do it right itās light.ā Gwen

This isnāt just a gym. All of the trainers have a great attitude and treat you like friends. Theyāre all very genuine and care about making sure you have what you need to be the best version of yourself. Just the best experience working out on the planet.
Full Time Fitness is a hidden gem. I've been training here for almost two years. Every one of the trainers is knowledgeable, and caring. You see people here from all walks of life improving their health in a friendly environment. A big kudos to Abdel and Hilton who always motivate and inspire me to continue challenging myself! ā¤ļø

With their support, hard work and determination, I have been able to lose 80 pounds and increase my strength. All of the trainers (Abdel, Mike, Sam, Coby and Hilton) are all serious about helping you meet the goals you would like to achieve. Have been training here since fall of 2023. I love this place - Hilton, the owner is amazing and helped me create a plan to reach my fitness goals. He has given guidance on nutrition, exercise, stretching and other ways to improve my physical health. I've worked with several members of the team and they are all fantastic. Colby is very knowledgeable and motivating. He helped me a great deal to reach my initial goals. Sam is great at tailoring specific exercises to me and keeping the workouts fresh and engaging. Michael's expertise and experience are evident every time I train with him. I'm grateful for Abdel's attention to detail and encouragement through our sessions. Overall an incredible gym environment where everyone is helpful, nonjudgmental, relatable and has a super positive attitude.
I have been working out at Full-time Fitness for a while now and they keep me very focused on my workouts. Abdel is an awesome trainer and doing an amazing job helping me reach my goals. He has a good understanding of the body and helps me reduce my back and shoulder pain. Hilton, the owner is always very helpful. Any time I have scheduling conflicts, he always works something out for me. This is a great place to workout with.
At first I came here with the wrong intentions. That was to push myself. I realized after being here for a while now I understand that my limits were set by my own doubts. If that makes sense to you then you are heading to the right place.
I've had many trainers over the years, but none of them were the caliber of my trainers at Fulltime Fitness. Kudos to Hilton and Abdel for the most amazing training.
Full Time Fitness is a gym and fitness center in High Point, NC, offering personalized training and corporate wellness programs tailored specifically for busy professionals.
I have been working out at Fulltime for about 4 years now. For the past year, I have been working with Abdel who has helped me fix some chronic back issues by focusing on strengthening my core. I am down 15 lbs over the past year and 25 lbs overall since I started at the gym. At age 61, I continue to see improvements through 30-minute workouts, 3 times a week. Fulltime is the best gym with the best trainers in the area!
