In addition to developing his personal craft, Hilton has mentored fitness professionals for 20+ years. Thus, he shares his extensive knowledge and experience as a personal trainer in High Point, NC, to successfully transform lives. Hilton received his B.S. in Exercise Physiology from East Carolina University’s College of Health and Human Performance. He has since trained and maintained an extensive number of clients from all walks of life. Kit-Tena B. Ferguson (Coach Kit) is the wife of Hilton Ferguson and Co-founder of Full Time Fitness. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Family Community Services from East Carolina University and her Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. Kit has practiced as a Clinical Addictions Specialist and has years of counseling experience across a variety of treatment settings. Kit offers services as a Wellness Coach at FTF and is finishing up her PhD. in naturopathic medicine. Kit is a loving mother of five children. She advocates for fighting childhood obesity and has held the title of “Mrs. Black North Carolina” with her platform “Generation Fit Kids”. She is also the founder of Soulstice Wellness Lounge located in High Point NC, and the Fit Moms Rock Campaign, leading a revolution of moms taking control of their health and fitness.

He received his bachelors in Sport Science and Fitness management with a concentration in business management from North Carolina A&T State University. Michael Broadway is a NASM, IFPA-certified personal trainer with 32 years in the fitness industry in High Point, NC. After a 30-year journey, Mike received his IFBB Pro card in 2017. Abdel Ehbisse is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer & Corrective Exercise Specialist in High Point, NC. Originally from Casablanca, Morocco, Abdel’s love for fitness and training emerged from the world of boxing. He competed in both Qatar and Morocco, logging over 25 wins while training with Olympic and World Champions!

The discipline and respect he learned through boxing and his natural disposition for helping others launched him into a professional journey as a personal trainer.
