I’ve been coming to Fulltime fitness for 9 years and continue to enjoy the experience and staff here. Everyone has always been very supportive of my fitness goals. I truly appreciate my trainer Colby who I’ve worked with nearly 5 years. He is always patient but pushes me to complete my workout goals . This gym consistently provides a warm inviting environment and greets everyone with positive energy and a smile. I am happy to have it as my gym home and look forward to many more years there to maintain my fitness and health.
Fulltime Fitness is a great place for a great workout and trainers who motivate you to be the best you! I’ve been training for almost five months and love the challenges with each workout and the changes I’m seeing in myself. I’ve worked out with Abdel, Kourtney, and Colby. They are exactly what you want in trainers. They push you and cheer you on all at the same time. Plus they know their stuff when it comes to the right exercises for your goals. I 100% recommend Fulltime Fitness for anyone looking for a lifestyle/body change. You’ll also get to enjoy the owner, Hilton, singing around the gym!!! 😄
Me and my brother are learning to box here with our trainer Abdel! He’s funny yet focused on teaching us how to box the best way possible which is pretty cool from someone who PROFESSIONALLY boxed me and my brother kwon are honestly so glad to be learning from him he’s our favorite!! Sure the boxing is intense but that’s just the way boxing is and honestly a great hobby! But we love to learn boxing from Abdel he’s a wonderful teacher.
From the first day I stepped in the door, FullTime Fitness has been a game changer for me. Abdel is an excellent trainer who takes the time to meet you where you are help you map a common sense plan to your fitness goal. He understands quality and right technique over quantity. Working with Abdel Ehbisse at Full Time Fitness has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and well-being. In less than a year, I’ve lost over 25 pounds and fully recovered from multiple injuries that had been holding me back for years. I started at FTF March of this year. I started my journey with Mr. Fulltime Fitness himself (Hilton). I have seen consistent results month after month since. I have since transitioned my focus from weight loss to strength training & conditioning, and have had the pleasure to train with Abdelle in this area. He is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares about getting RESULTS! The staff at FTF is extremely professional, courteous, and just all-around GREAT folks to be around. Everyone at this location is always so encouraging and supportive. It's like we are one big family. If you are in the High Point, Greensboro, Winston Salem area and you are looking to get results, Hit up Mr. FTF and his team IMMEDIATELY.
Came in for a month of personal training and the guys helped me so much. Hilton (owner) got my numbers on InBody & sat me down to understand my goals and nutrition. Abdel (my trainer) gave me great workouts, showed me new exercises to try outside of our sessions, and took care of my injuries, pace, and medical concerns. I wanted to lose weight and get in shape for soccer while not losing muscle mass. I gained muscle mass and simultaneously lose 9lbs. I feel great on the field! If you're serious about losing weight, go to Fulltime Fitness. & If you're serious about boxing, talk to Abdel!
This is my favorite gym I’ve been to so far! I’ve been training with Colby and Hilton and they are great! Super encouraging and always have a big smile when I come to workout. Very friendly environment. 10/10 recommend working out here!
I've been a loyal member of Full Time Fitness for almost 10 years. FTF has been a lifesaver for me. Seeing the changes in my overall well-being has been unbelievable. Working out with Colby is intense but the results have been worth it. If you want results, Hilton and his team will help you achieve them. It won't always be easy but you have to step outside your comfort zone to see the change. (Hiltonism 😆)

My Full Time Fitness experience has been absolutely phenomenal!!! I’ve been working with the staff there for almost a year and I feel great. My current trainer is Colby, a wise and encouraging young man who definitely puts his all into each session and pushes me to do the same!!! You won’t go wrong and you definitely won’t be wasting your time if you choose FULL TIME!!!
My weight-loss journey started at over 300 lbs. Once I adjusted my diet it was clear I needed to add more than walking or running to achieve my goals. My Wife had been a member at FullTime Fitness and encouraged me to join. It was an awesome choice. I have been blessed to work with multiple trainers over the past seven years. I was always sad to see one go, but grateful for the next. Each have their own Workouts that challenge my body in different ways. My current trainer Colby has taken my workouts to a different level. His diverse workouts keep me challenged and working different muscle groups. I can honestly say, I am in the best shape I could have ever dreamed of at the age of 62.
I have been working out at Fulltime for about 4 years now. For the past year, I have been working with Abdel who has helped me fix some chronic back issues by focusing on strengthening my core. I am down 15 lbs over the past year and 25 lbs overall since I started at the gym. At age 61, I continue to see improvements through 30-minute workouts, 3 times a week. Fulltime is the best gym with the best trainers in the area!

I've been coming to Full Time Fitness for over 3 years now and training with Michael Broadway consistently for those 3 years. I'm in the BEST shape of my life and loved seeing the progress I've made! I am currently working towards competing in my first bodybuilding competition. All the trainers are GREAT and I enjoy working out at FT even when I'm training solo. Highly recommend joining! You won't be disappointed.

After being diagnosed with diabetes and watching my mother deal with health issues I decided at 52 years old that it was past time to make a change. I was tired of being winded after climbing one flight of stairs; tired of not wanting to go places if extensive walking was involved. After making this change in March I have lost nearly 12 pounds, reduced body fat and gained muscle. I have knee and lower back issues. My trainer Michael Broadway keeps this in mind with workouts that don't aggravate my condition. Mike has vast knowledge of the muscle groups and anatomy and constructs my workouts to where I get the maximum out of my movements.
